Who we are

AxonRing ("we", "us") operates axonring.online and sells the AxonRing NFC smart ring. For any privacy question, email support@axonring.online.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, and shipping address, collected at checkout so we can fulfil your order.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Email signups — if you join a waitlist or newsletter, we store your email until you unsubscribe.
• Basic analytics — anonymous page-view statistics via Vercel Analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no sale of data.

What we don't collect

Your ring is a passive NFC device. It never connects to the internet, and we have no visibility into what you write to it. Whatever you store on your ring stays entirely with you.

How we use your information

To fulfil orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, and (only if you opted in) send occasional product news. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who we share with

Only service providers required to run the business: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). Each receives only what they need to perform their function.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@axonring.online. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA — the same email handles all such requests.

Data retention

Order records are kept as required for tax and warranty purposes (typically 7 years). Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.
